We will Draft your customer proposals, assist you with customer questions during the sale, get on the phone or meet with you and your customer to close the deal, prepare all of the required paperwork to provision your customer after the sale, track your customer throughout the provisioning process to make sure they get turned up appropriately and we'll even provide a local customer service number to our office and take care of any post sale questions your customers may have regarding adds, moves, deletions or changes to their service or billing.
Finally, we promise to pay your monthly residual commission on time Every Month. We want you to do what you love, SELL.

Pre-Negotiated Carrier Contracts include:
- Coastal Connections has direct contracts with over 80 carriers and we are adding more as opportunities arise. We support almost fifteen carriers and suppliers - some exclusively available only through Coastal Connections.
- Sales Partners can elect to “ride” Coastal Connections carrier contracts and as such earn commissions at generally higher commission rates. As one of the largest master Agencies in America, Coastal Connections receives significantly higher commissions than most others.
- Coastal Connections also pays the highest percentages in the industry to Sales Partners. Because of our volume and size, Coastal Connections pays you at the highest Tier levels in the industry without you having to start at the bottom tier and without you committing to all those high Volume requirements with each and every provider.
- Sales Partners who do “ride” the Coastal Connections contracts don’t have to worry about negotiating individual Agent contracts. That's a huge savings in legal fees alone.
- Sales Partners don’t have to worry about whether or not they are fulfilling carrier quotas. There ARE NO MONTHLY QUOTAS with the Sales Partner Program.
- Sales Partners don't have to learn the many intricacies or manage all of the forms that are so unique with every provider. Every provider has their own methodology for acquiring new accounts. Some have online interfaces for generating paperwork while others have an enormous binder of forms to rifle through, fill out and manage. Not to mention - what if you forget a form: (what if your customer loses their Yellow Page Listing for an entire year because a form was forgotten or because the wrong Yellow Page CODE was entered). Why be liable for unnecessary errors. Coastal Connections will manage this entire effort for you.
Some of our agents have been with us for over 18 years. We pay them accurately and on time every month (even if we haven't been paid by our providers for the month yet). We look forward to supporting you in your development of a Telecom business.
